Coffeesrc
A coffee habit with a lot of last-minute changes
Coffeesrc sells fresh coffee to people who care about the details, which means the emails care about the details too. “Can I switch to the darker roast?” “Can you change my grind to espresso?” “I’m away next week, can you push my delivery?” “Wrong address, can you fix it before it ships?”
Every one of these was a quick job on its own, but together they filled the inbox, and they almost always landed in the short gap between order and dispatch. Meanwhile the thank-you page, the moment a coffee lover is most likely to add one more bag, sat completely empty.

Let customers steer their own order
Storeloop put the order back in the customer’s hands. Before dispatch, Coffeesrc shoppers can swap a roast or grind variant, move a delivery date, correct an address or cancel, all from the order status page and all without emailing in.
Coffeesrc stays in control of what is possible. Edit windows and rules mean changes are only allowed up to the point that suits roasting and fulfilment, so the flexibility never gets in the way of getting coffee out of the door fresh.
An easy second bag, and a quieter inbox
With the everyday changes handled by customers themselves, Coffeesrc’s team spends less time on grind swaps and address fixes and more time on the things that actually need a person. The routine requests simply stop arriving.
At the same time, the thank-you and order-status pages now do some selling. A one-click post-purchase offer lets customers add another bag to the order they just placed, charged to the same card with no second checkout, and a repeat-purchase code gives first-time buyers a reason to come back. Every change writes straight back to Shopify, so nothing lives in two places.
